There’s a lot of advice out there about getting good sleep — it’s VERY important. We quickly adjust to being sleep-deprived, and don’t notice that we aren’t functioning at a normal level, but lack of sleep really affects us. If you’re feeling blue or listless, try going to sleep thirty minutes earlier for a week. It can really help.

What a beautiful day! Today is blue skies, puffy cotton ball like clouds, and 55 degrees. Best of all the sun is proudly shining. I am loving this weather so much that I went for two nice walks! (My dog really enjoyed that, now she’s tired out:) And I did a little biking in town while the car was getting an oil change. (my pilates class was canceled for today:( Other people had the same idea too! I met walkers, roller bladers and bikers.
I am so glad it’s spring! (I hope the weather stays that way, but ya never know here in Minnesota… Yesterday it was snowing).
